About Me:
I'm a School Bus Driver who in 2007 was 400lbs . I started my program March 10th 07 and by December 10th 07 I had lost 160 lbs
Now I am working to maintain and lose the last of my weight. I coach and mentor anyone that is ready through any plan as long as your committed. My goal is to help at least 100 people lose 100lbs or more. I am now training for my 2nd Triathlon

Almost a year, Now is the time for the Final Aproach!

I've managed to add a few pounds back on. I know I would have been back at my old weight if I didn't half follow my plan. But now after every possible excuse, it's time! 100 days to the new year and I know I can get serious about my wellness. I will follow my cleanse team's, stay motivated by motivating others, and get ready for next years triathlon.
