one toast 1cottage 1 or 2coffee 0 yogurt 1mango 2 chicken pie, small 4? 5?salad 0watermelon juice 2? tow toasts 2 with cottage cheese 2 + turkey breastssss 3 yogurt 1 nesfit 3coconut water 1 no idea how many points, anyway, i think this 'diet' prescribed by a specialized someone at gym, is very common/standard and I'm a bit hungry. that's why i'd to write down and count points.the old wwpoints.i know i'd have 20 points + 35 weekly and would be shedding the pounds off without feeling hungry.at…See More

just a tool to lose - week one - wrap up

Since i began training this week, I need a place to write down what I eat...so controlling what I'm eating + exercise = weight loss.In 2009 I left NY weighting 120lb, after a "light depression" +  happy pregnancy + hypothyroidism I weigh now avg. 147lb.I just found out about my hormone problem a couple of months ago, I've been treating it since then and am feeling much better now...This week I began training 3 times a week during 90 minutes and doing a yoga class (also) 90' on Tuesdays. documentary filmmaker; ex-dancer; born in south of Brazil, raised in Rio de Janeiro, living and hating Sao Paulo after a very pleasant experience in New York. When happy, love outdoors, people, eating, strolling, talking. Not a big consumer, I could say I don't shop much, but like beautiful clothes. When not so happy, I am lazy, and TV becomes an option. Pregnant and Overweight



I am pregnant. And overweight. I was in my highest before knowing the news, this was due to several difficult times last year, including a miscarriage and moving back to my country, which could be a great thing, but to a new city, which, so far, I HATE.
