I got the basics down- Paleo, 4 meals a day, exercise every day. I still need to work on some key things:
-Watch my portions, they can get out of control at dinner
- NO MORE SNACKING mindlessly on trail mix. 4 MEALS not 3 meals and a snack
- More strict Paleo: no more peanut butter or beans
-More motivation; you'll feel better! you'll look better! you'll perform better!
-Sleep more - in bed at 10:30

Lunch/dinner: sweet potatoes, mediteranean "pizza," cauliflower rice, shrimp, spaghetti squash spaghetti!, avocado, almond chicken fingers,!
I need to get creative in the kitchen so I can make good food that is Paelo and not just eat carrot sticks, becuase that's gross.
I'm giving up sweets for lent.. we'll see how that goes. I want to see how "addicted" I really am to sugar.
This past week I ate paleo, with a focus on fruits and veggies. Yesterday I snacked a bit on peanut butter with saltine crackers.. not the worst thing in the world but still processed junk food.
