I decided to take Paula's advice and step on the scale this morning. Even though I had been off track all week. Yesterday in particular in a big way. Turns out the scale stayed the same which is all I was hoping for.
Plan for today is to focus on all things whole and healthy to start the week and month off on the right foot.
Heading to the gym alone today.
Husband wasn't interested which usually would have kept me at home as well.

In all seriousness I feel deflated. It started last Friday and it lasted all last week up to and including take out last night at 9pm. This always happens when I start to lose weight. The first few weeks I have big losses and it makes me nervous that it is too good to be true. So I eat. A lot. Since I have now lost 25 pounds so quickly I have noticed that I am weighing and measuring out my food less often, and willing to go out to eat more often, and allowing the sweets to sneak back in.
