Well two weeks of tracking (almost tracking actually, as I try to get back into it) and I am down 2.5 lbs. Was a little disappointed the first week as I was about the same. But stuck to it and lost this week. Writing stuff down, even if I don't have exact points and might be a little off is at least making me accountable. The biggest problem I have is that I don't put points to things until the next day sometimes and that makes for some surprises. But all in all, still not…Continue
So far its been a good week. I only started tracking food again yesterday, but on the exercise front, I have been so good. I went to exercise class Monday morning and evening. As well as Wednesday and Thursday mornings. And I ran (for real, not just a mile) Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday after work.

Wow, I cannot belive that I haven't posted since February. I have been through 2 sessions of WW at Work (17 weeks in the spring and then 12 weeks for summer) and have been doing okay. The first session I lost 20 lbs. And for the summer I have maintained (ok, I stopped tracking and just didn't have the will power to do more than just maintain with all the events, picnics, etc.). Just joined WW at work. Last Thursday was the first day.
1) sneak mini chocolate chips (about a Tbsp) and don't count the PPV
2) have to force myself to eat fruits and vegetables, even though they are zero PPV
3) can't walk into a grocery store without buying something sweet

This summer has been bad. About the only thing I did right was go to exercise classes. Eating was just too hard to control. So, now that things are back to normal, I plan to try to get back on track, start cooking with WW points in mind and control the snacks/junk.
