About Me:
Here's another update. Still working at this. I don't, don't, DON'T want to give up. Damnit. Adding to the list in 2010, 10 yr high school reunion, ladies trip to Las Vegas in the Summer (bikini season, yikes!), and i'll be a bridesmaid in my cousins wedding. I can't think of a better year to really change my life. How do I make this stick? Fingers crossed. 01-12-10

OK, see below for my statement one YEAR ago. And I have had progress and let it slip away so here is my new statement.

"I am 27 years old now. Late twenties, almost 30, wow time flies. 10 year highschool reunion is next year! I am planning on doing things different this time. I am not going to count points anymore, I started this week counting calories. I know it's similar in a lot of ways but it is new to me, and a fresh start. Time isn't going to slow down. I want to feel sexy! I want to love my body and not HATE it."

I am 26 and finally realizing, "Hey, you're not a kid anymore." I want to take control of my life and adopt a healthy lifestyle. I want to LIVE healthy. I would love to have confidence and fit in my jeans again!

I consistently fail when it comes to the weekend. So many family gatherings, eating out, and oh boy, DRINKING. Even worse, I am furloughed on Fridays so I have 3 day weekends now which only makes things worse. Jeez. Wii Fit Weigh-in, 31 days later.

OKKKKK. So far, so good, this week is going well. This new calorie counting business, is working out. Monday, check. Tuesday, check. Wednesday, so far, so good. I bought batteries for my Wii Fit yesterday and did my official weigh in and I am exactly on the dot the same weight as when I weighed in 31 days ago. Strange. It is now another year later and I am now officially in my late twenties. To give myself a new start and a fresh look at my health, I am counting calories instead of WW points, which I have done for years. So perhaps weighing in this morning wouldn’t have broken my heart so much if it hadn’t been for the Round Table Pizza last night. Arg, I can’t really blame my boyfriend who ordered it, I have to be strong enough to say no and make the right decisions for myself. I am so f*cking frustrated. Why on earth can’t I get it together! OK, so there is nothing breaking about that headline. I am going to weigh myself tomorrow morning, I am nervous about the news. My week wasn’t 100%. Not even close. Although I have been making baby steps in the right direction. Baby steps is better than NO steps, right? I only have a month until Vegas. I don’t want to be ashamed of myself there. Thank you so much for your comment! You're right about living in the now. Sometimes it's hard to just remove yourself from the situation and realize it's not that bad/you're not doing that bad. That is really good advice about studying in the library, I'm so bad about just going on the computers whenever I get a spare minute. I need to start studying then b/c you're right, you get way more done in that environment. Thanks again!

I too always thought my cankor sores were just because but after about 6 months of being on a new BC i figured out that its at the same time each and every month!! Pay attention to it and let me know what you find out!!!!!!
