About Me:
In June 2007 I started Weight Watchers in order to shed about 75 extra pounds I've been carrying around for about 10 years. I made WW lifetime on 12/4/08, and have lost 71 pounds on Weight watchers. I'd like to lose about another 10 to be at my personal goal. I'm happier and healthier than I've EVER been!

I've been doing Weight Watchers since June '07, I've lost 71 pounds, and have 5 to go! I made Weight Watchers Lifetime on Thursday December 4th, but I still want to lose a few more pounds. I try to post a few times a week.




Goal: Lose 75 pounds

Mini Goals:

Lose 10 pounds - Accomplished 7/19/07

Lose 10% (21 pounds) - Pedicure Accomplished 9/6/07

Lose 25 pounds- Accomplished 10/25/07

Lose 30 pounds- Accomplished 12/13/07

Lose 50% of the weight I need to lose (38 lbs) - Accomplished 3/13/08

Lose 40 pounds - Lip Gloss Set - Accomplished 3/27/08

Lose 45 pounds - Accomplished 4/10/08

Lose 50 pounds - Ipod - Accomplished 6/5/08

Lose 52 pounds by my 1 yr WW anniversary (avg of 1 lb per week over a year) By 6/21/08 - Accomplished 6/12/08

Lose 55 pounds - New Sunglasses Accomplished 7/10/08

Lose 60 pounds - Cartilidge Piercing Accomplished 8/28/08

Lose 63 pounds (30% of starting weight) - Purse Accomplished 9/11/08

Lose 65 pounds - Still thinking of reward for here Accomplished 9/11/08

Lose 70 pounds - Tattoo Accomplished 10/16/08

Lose 75 pounds - Belly Button Piercing!

Non-Scale Goals:

Fit into old pants & shirts - Accomplished 10/23/07

Be comfortable in a swim suit

Have someone notice who does not know I am on WW- Accomplished 8/28/07, 10/28/07

Be at Drivers License Weight - Accomplished 5/29/08

Make WW Lifetime - Accomplished 12/4/08

I need accountability again

Well I'm back. I haven't gained any weight, but I haven't lost any more since I made Lifetime either. I'm just maintaining, which was the point of my whole journey....but I'm not totally satisfied where I want to be weight wise. 2009 Resolutions/Goals

Below is my rough draft of my 2009 New Years Resolutions, or Goals for the year. I'm headed out on vacation for a while, but wanted to get these out at least roughly before the New Year



1) Maintain Lifetime Status - Weigh in each month under goals



2) Get to personal weight goal (high 130's - mid 140's, I'm not sure where it'll be, but I'll know it when I get there)



3) Do at least 3 fun run/walks. Complete a 5K in under 35 minutes



4) Continue the 101… Continue

Ok, wayyyy back in January 2008 I made some new years resolutions. Now it's time to see how I did. I have to admit, I didn't keep these in the front of my mind as I usually do. I'll try again next year...we'll see how it goes.

Made Lifetime

I offically made Weight Watchers Liftime on 12/4/08. I officially made my December WI on Thursday December 11, so I am good to go until January.



I still have about 5 - 8 more pounds that I'd like to lose. But for now I am focusing on maintaining until after the holidays and after my Caribbean vacation. I agree with you...and it infuriates me to no end when people say that they are dieting and have like 3 cheat days in a row. I mean how do they expect to lose weight if a chocolate bar means they fell off the wagon and the day is a waste so it is ok that they have fries with lunch. Thanks for the comment, it was just my frustratation with the man at my office.

I set myself up a budget and I had to follow it to get my self out of the hole before I gave up the 2nd job. (Now winning 4 grand at the casino did help a bit... but I still have 3 grand. saved) I had no problem when I set out to do it. Now if I could only do the same with weight watchers!!!

The thing is, I think every time we move our scale, the weight gets "off". So the trick is to never move it... which is unrealistic because we have a tiny bathroom. I also noticed that the weight is wrong when I weigh on carpet. The good news is, we're moving in a month! (: so then I can pick a place and it can stay put! (:

That is my Nike+...I take a screen shot...copy to paint...crop it...then save it as a jpeg (image file)...then voila...add it in my post as a photo!! :~) I hope that wasn't confusing how I explained it...if so...just let me know and I will explain in more detail!! one another. Since I found this site, I am probably
spending too much time sitting in front of the com-
puter, but I will step up some activity during the day
to make it average out, hopefully. I was up .3 this
morning, so I am truly watchful about what is going in
