So today I weighed in and I have lost three pounds!!! To be honest I was surprised, eating well but haven't been working out. Still searching to balance both at the same time. With Thanksgiving around the corner I would like to keep it off but I'm going to be realistic. I don't plan to pig out till my stomach hurts but I will indulge a bit. I'm going to plan to incorporate a few workouts so it won't be a total bust.
