Goals/Timeline/Rewards
Ok so this page is a work in progress but I have a couple notes jotted down in my journal so I figured I’d go ahead and add them here. My goals are EXTREMELY rational, slow, taking it a step at a time. I just don’t want to set myself up for something unrealistic and then be all sad if I don’t meet them. So I did the research and I think this is a good time line for me. If I meet these goals a head of schedule, then excellent! But this is my healthy timeline.
Commitment Goals
* Attend weekly meetings regardless
* Track points every day
* Blog weekly (absolute minimum)
* Positive self-talk every day
Personal Goals
* Slowly and responsibly strengthen my back Check, now attending regular aerobic classes 11/11/08
* Take a spinning class
* Run/jog on a treadmill for 30 minutes
* Run a 5K (Well I've walked a 10K (8/31/08) so that's got to count for something!)
* Become a WW leader (maybe even one geared towards young adults, but I’d love it either way!)
* Get ACE/AFAA or some comparable group fitness certification
* Teach group fitness classes at a gym
Weight Loss Timeline
* 10 lb weight loss by End of January 2009
* 15 lb weight loss by Valentine's Day 2009
* 25 lb weight loss by May 2009
* Goal weight of 140-145 lbs - November 2009
Weight Loss Rewards
* Every 5 lbs = mani/pedi or a massage
* 10% (20 lbs) = mini shopping spree
* 30 lbs = new Coach purse
* 50lbs = FULL DAY at spa
* Goal of 65 lbs (weighing in at 145 lbs) = glorious tropical vacation

It's not actually code, on the left hand side of your page you should see an RSS box that you can set up. Click edit and put in your rss feed address (it's in your meta area on the side bar on the weight watchen blog)
Then people can see your posts from Weight Watchen.
Does that make sense?
As for the slide show, I'm not sure how that happened. I downloaded four photos via the Photo page, and when I went back to "My Page," they were there as a slide show. Magic, I guess! :D
Trying to figure out how to add something similar to my page but I'm lost!
