well, I haven't blogged in a while but I have managed to stay on my program without fail and my eating has been pretty good as well. I am pretty excited as I was able to lose an additional 2 lbs, EVEN THROUGH THE HOLIDAYS! That has NEVER happened for me before, but it is amazing that, when you are on a routine you are just more mindful of being healthy. Lost a bunch of the blog posts but in any event I am in my final week and final 5 days of my 30 day personal challenge. I haven't really checked a lot of stats besides what I see because I know that the scale can be very misleading and I don't want to read to much into it so I am waiting till the end. i wish I had taken my body fat % at the beginning to compare it to now but too late for that.Today was tough getting to the gym but at 8:00 pm, low and behold, i dragged myself in. I haven't been blogging every day as I did before but I have stayed on my workout program and things are still going great. I was able to make it through the holidays without gaining weight (despite my food and beer intake) It feels good not to worry whether I'm going to yo-yo.
