I haven't gotten on here as much as I would like but I am going to try to be better. I started Insanity yesterday and am planning to do the second work out when I get home today. I ate well for most of the day yesterday, even picked a salad with fat free dressing and banana from the cafeteria at the hospital and ate a good dinner but the snacking last night didn't help my day at all! I have planned out my day better today and logged it already into mfp. So here's to a good day today!

I have so many excuses as to why my weight is almost back up to where it was when I started on this journey.....how in the world did I gain almost all of the 50 pounds I lost back?? Nursing school on top of working, life and kids doesn't help much with my eating and exercises but that's no excuse. I am a huge stress eater and nursing school is stressful to say the least! I'm sitting here beating myself up after scarfing down a Carl's Jr burger and fries for lunch........ENOUGH! I know…

I'm sick of being tired, I'm sick of having a closet full of clothes I can't wear, I'm sick of feeling blah...so STOP MAKING EXCUSES...JUST DO IT! I've got to get my weight back off! I did this before I can do it again! I feel so much better, confident and enjoy life when I am thinner so why is it so dang hard to keep my motivation going? So here goes nothin... I have a planner and I put in it a pic of thin on a cruise two years ago and a pic from my cruise a couple of weeks ago so I…

still on track! I ended up going to the gym and doing 45 min of cardio yesterday. I also made shrimp with barley and a salad for dinner. Today has been a crazy day since I have school and work, my Tuesdays and Thursdays are always crazy. I grabbed my oatmeal on the way out the door and grabbed a southwest salad and yogurt parfait from McD's for lunch. Here is my meals so far for today.
Kashi go lean oatmeal - 150
McD salad with balsamic dressing -…

well I've been in a funk the last few days. I haven't made the best of choices but it could have been worse. My time of the month always seems to bring me down and I make bad food choices. I'm back on track today and hitting the gym after work. So here is to dusting myself off and getting back on the wagon.
Kashi go lean oatmeal - 150
small grapefruit - 76
roast with veggies - 405
thinking shrimp with bulgar and a salad for dinner-…

The Nike+ is a pretty small investment and I think its really done wonders for me! Probably because my body is in such "shock"...since it's never ran before! Keep me posted!!
About adding them to your page....when you go to My Mini....go in the upper right and corner where it says "share" (i think...going off memory)...and choose add to web page. Then it will bring up a box that says "grab the code". Then you can just paste it in on your profile!
Same with the challenge one. I just went to our challenge page and selected SHARE.
Plus...after I upload each new run...I delete it from my ipod. Not sure that helps, but I"m not chancing it. What I'm doing is working for me! LOL Nothing peeves me more than if I run 3 miles and then it won't upload to Nike.com! ; )
If you want.. I can email you my word doc print outs for C25K if you want. Better yet...I'll just paste it into a message for you.
So far, so good for me :) I'm also keeping track of WW points because that's the program I started on AND I'm using SparkPeople to keep track of calories, fat, carbs, etc. because I don't want my calories to get too low while detoxing. I don't want to stop exercising or gain it all back when I stop. Hope that helps :)
