Long Time

So I just read my last blog post, and it's been awhile since I have been on here and I'm back for more support. Since my last weight entry of 150.2, I am back up to 155.3...I don't feel bad since I have worked out that last two days, but ugh-without working out I feel like shiiii....poop. lol. Soooo I am feeling really good. I got down to 149.1 so I finally broke the 40 mark!!! I'm so excited about that, however yesterday I definitely ate two huge slices of pizza and went out to dinner as well, so that weight is now back on...lol. I got on this morning and was up to 150.2, but i'm not frustrated. I do need to kick it in gear though. The biggest loser competition is back on and the prize money is worth over $200. Not Satisfied Yet...

Okay, folks....since Christmas, I have done pretty well. I have taken off about 9 pounds that I gained, and am about back to where I was...I am about 151.5 down from 170.6 in the fall and down from 181.9 a year ago. I am much happier. My clothes are pretty loose (i had to get rid of some pants!) and I feel much better. I think I look better too. However, I still feel like I could lose some more weight. Back in the swing of things since Christmas

Well, thankfully I have bounced back into the swing of things since my crazy Christmas binging-lol. I have dropped about 3 pounds since Christmas and have been back into the swing of doing P90X. I am beginning to feel such a difference. I am hoping to lose 10 more because my school is doing another biggest loser come Monday. Hello all....so I decided to do P90X a second time. I completed the first 90 days this past fall...just finished middle of December actually and doing it again starting...yesterday. Today was SO SOO tough. I did plyo and after eating everything in sight over Christmas, realllllly paid for it today. I was so sore, and my legs were so weak it was even hard to stand! Today is not really better... I just feel overwhelmed with everything and I have a huge headache today. Wish this week would just get over with. I'm ready for Thanksgiving break. At least next Friday we do not have students. Blah. I am just burnt out. I can see why some special education teachers get burnt out...however I also coach, so I probably do this to myself as well. I'm just tired. I guess enough complaining for today.

Power 90 is the program that came out first. Before P90X. It takes less than 1 hour a day and it is one of the only programs I've done (and I have done many) that gave me results. I've lost inches. I've never had a space between my thighs. I do now. My butt  & thighs are my worst area!
