I got back from vacation last Friday night after a not so good time in Key West (long story), where I hadn't bothered to track anything I ate all week long. Even though I have faithfully tracked everything I have eaten in the last week and I have stayed within my points, I still feel worried about tomorrow's WI. It annoys me that every week I start to feel so anxious over weighing in. Even if I don't have a loss, I know that I have been eating right which is certainly something to be proud of, yet I still worry & fret over the numbers. Geez.
