After banging out 3 solid weeks, I am flailing! I have thrown my plan out the window and am indulging left and right. GAAAAA!

I had a solid week this week. I'm thankful and planning on continuing to plug away at this. Its going to be a long haul, but I'm committed and NOT turning back!

1. Continue to drink 80 oz water.

This week, friends? Totally celebrating! This is crazy - and I'm so excited! I think there is something powerful to cutting grains out of my diet. I have to say, I think my cravings are Really starting to change. It is amazing how in just a couple of weeks my body can adapt and respond to this new way of eating. Wild.

I am blessed, like so many of you, with a wonderful husband.
