Belated Weigh In Results and C25K Week 1

It's been a crazy week so wanted to pop in and say Hi to everyone. I read every day but just don't always have time to post! So I lost 2 lbs this week - Yeah! I'm down a total of 18.8 lbs. I'm so close to 20 lbs... I want to get that for sure next week! I've been back on track with the exercise and working on C25K Week 1. Hi Everyone - hope you are having a great weekend! So all is well on the food front this week but the workouts have really fallen off. I've been stressed and instead of working out which I KNOW makes me feel better I've turned to being a couch potato... NOT GOOD! About Me:
I'm trying to lose weight and get healthy! I recently joined WW and think its all starting to click for me, no off and on plan just life with good choices everyday. I think those Ask Roni's helped me figure that out and somehow I not only heard it but I "got" it. I'm a full time student, full time employee, and full time wife and "mom" to my furry kids.
Plan of Choice:

Workout Philosophy:
I only exercise because I have to
GOALS:

1. Hit my 5 lb loss this week (1-27) I'm only .6 away so I hope I blow right passed it!
Met it!! 1-27-09 !!

2. Make 3 minutes on this really intimidating step machine thing at the gym that all the super fit people seem to be enjoying by March 31st Met 2-22-09

3. Run a 5K by 12-31-09 (hopefully before since I live in Wisconsin and it'll be cold AGAIN :) by then.

4. Hit my 5% goal by March 1, 2009 (247.8) Met it!! 2-17-09

5. Hit 10 lbs loss by Feb 21, 2009 (249) Met it!! 2-10-09

6. Hit my 10% goal by April 7, 2009 (234.8)

Well we’ll start with the weigh in results… I was down .6. I am tempted to say “only” but in all honesty I didn’t work out quite as much as I have been (homework had piled up and let’s be honest you gotta do it…) and I’d lost 15 in about 5 weeks so I’m sure the old body is in some transition. Wow it’s been a while! Some updates to start! Just one more thing- noticed your blog today "finding focus, again" . . .You need to give yourself some credit. Out of the 6 goals on your page that you've listed, you've met 4 of 6- and the 2 you haven't met? they aren't even close to their deadlines yet. Shake off the couple of days bugging you...you are doing this the right way- and we all have 'off' days :)

Thanks Katie! I remember starting out and reading other people's stories and thinking "That's great for them, but I could never lose weight." Something finally clicked for me and I did! Sounds like you're really in a good place right now and ready to get healthy. AND a fellow vegetarian! Can't wait to get to know you more :)
