No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

I am here because I want to be healthy and happy with the way look. I wish it was just about health because that would make me seem less shallow, but alas, I want to look good too.
I think I'll start things out with stating my goals:
1. Run 5 miles without stopping (then start working on getting faster)
