Well it is Wednesday and a busy Wednesday at work. I have been completely swamped today and just realized it is 2PM! I am just now having lunch. I guess that means my coffee from this morning will not ruin my day but take the place of my morning snack! Nice how some things work out.

It's Tuesday and I am doing pretty well today. I got up and had cereal for breakfast with 2% milk, going to get some Almond milk to have rather than the 2%. I even managed to take my vitamins, I might be back into the breakfast thing, although I did miss my starbucks! Today at work I walked my first 15 minute break and then had a yogurt. So today is my first day back to work since Thursday, March 31st. That is the day that we woke up and had cell phones bleeping that there were missed calls and messages. Check them and it was the Hospital calling to have us come in as soon as possible. The Mother in law had taken a turn or the worse through the night. She hung on and fought for 5 more days. So I think in my last post I was going to weigh in and I totally forgot about it! Oh well. Some people say it is good to not fixate on the scale.
Yesterday my eating was alrigtht. Not great. Although I had packed a healthy lunch I was not expecting to get a call saying I needed to go to the Hosiptal as my mother in law was being re-admitted.
