Gym Daze...

I joined a Gym yesterday.. I am so happy with that. I have a 2 year contract and think it's going to be good. The early out clause fit my needs greatly. The only reason I'd need to get out of it is I had to move because of my job and that is what it is. To get out you just need proof you are moving 35 miles or more away.



I walked 2 miles on the treadmill yesterday. I felt so sore afterwards. I didn't think I would be able to move today but I feel fine. :)

Monday's are Blah

So far today has been ok.. I'm glad this will be sorta a quiet week.

My boss's are out wednesday - friday. Hopefully that means it will be quiet.

Eating I think had gone ok so far.

Nothing else really happened today. I went to church this morning and was told that my aunt was leaving to go to the kids' grandparents church and i was going with them. So we went 20 minutes late and then left right away.

What to do What to do

I want to lose weight again.. I want to get back down to at least what I was over a year ago.. but I am just not very modivated to do anything. I tried WW again about 2 weeks ago and did it for two weeks.. I counted everything perfectly.. .I gained 1 pound.. I quit counting and I lost 2 1/2. Go Figure.



I think I will try again but give myself more points than WW says I should have. I do not think I was eating enough during my 2 weeks of counting. *sigh*
