"Thanks Cindy. I hate to say it but in some ways it has become more difficult. Of course I still have another 30 or 40 to go. Coming to terms with it being a lifelong commitment seems to have helped a great deal for me."

I started my most recent weight loss journey April of 2010, since then I have lost almost 120 pounds. At this point I am unclear on my actual goal. I'll see it in the mirror when I get there.

Welcome to BlogToLose and congratulations on your weight loss. On this site you'll find a lot of support, encouragement and motivation.
Feel free to browse around the site. You may want to start with setting up your personal page. If you go to 'My Page' at the top it is a very user-friendly process on setting up your page, privacy settings, etc. You can also read and post under 'Blogs' which is found under the 'Members' tab at the top. There are also different discussion forums and groups you can join if you are interested. Do as much or as little as you are comfortable with.
There is a lot to take advantage of so don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions.
