Happy Friday! I hope you all had a great week! I had a so- so week. I am fighting illness- so that threw some things off for me. That is ok though. Today I jumped on the scale and a big battery started flashing at me. We have no batteries in the house for the scale- so I will have to try again tomorrow.

I jumped on the scale this morning- and just like my body and mind told me about balance.... I weighed the same. I will take that!
I am ready to start another race. Good food choices, exercise, time for hobbies..... balance!
I can't wait to cross the finish line Friday. This week, I am looking for any weight loss!!!
