Uh oh..

I figured this was about to happen sooner or later.. I feel like I fell off the horse a little bit. I'm losing that motivation I had when I started, feeling my cravings coming back. I'm not sure if its because my support is slowly fading from my family and friends, or that is getting colder and my lazy winter days are kicking in early? What can I do to keep myself motivated? ...Help!See More

Sorry for the delay.

Hello! I know its been a couple weeks and that I should have posted a few times within that time and I truly have no good excuse why I havn't. I have great news though. As of last Sunday 9/9, since I've started which was 8/19, I have lost a total of 17.4 lbs. I'm definitely not complaining ;) What I have been doing the past couple weeks, sticking with my 1500 calorie diet, keeping what I eat low-fat as well. Eating every 3-4 hours. Drinking LOTS of water. I work out for 30-60 minutes at least 3…See More

Well time to post my first week's results.. I lost a total of (drum-roll please) 6.8 lbs! I'm pretty pleased with myself. It goes to show that  hard work really does pay off :)See More

It's been almost a week since I've started which I can be proud to say I survived my work week, and kept with my meal plan without cheating, or even feeling starved. I work in an office and worst of all our office has got to be the most unhealthiest around. About Me:
I'm 24 years old. I consider myself a fun, outgoing, loving person who cares and thinks more about others than I do myself. I lost a lot of weight in the past but gained it all back +more. I'm miserable, and very unhappy with myself. I don't have the support I need at home so I'm hoping this site will give me more motivation to lose all the weight I lost in the past, and a few more lbs so I can feel healthy and happy again. It's time to think about me for once.

Welcome to BlogToLose! You'll find a lot of great support, encouragement and motivation here. Feel free to browse around the site. You may want to start with setting up your personal page. If you go to 'My Page' at the top it is a very user-friendly process on setting up your page, privacy settings, etc. You can also read and post under 'Blogs' which is found under the 'Members' tab at the top.
