I figured this was about to happen sooner or later.. I feel like I fell off the horse a little bit. I'm losing that motivation I had when I started, feeling my cravings coming back. I'm not sure if its because my support is slowly fading from my family and friends, or that is getting colder and my lazy winter days are kicking in early? What can I do to keep myself motivated? ...Help!
Hello! I know its been a couple weeks and that I should have posted a few times within that time and I truly have no good excuse why I havn't. I have great news though. As of last Sunday 9/9, since I've started which was 8/19, I have lost a total of 17.4 lbs. I'm definitely not complaining ;)

It's been almost a week since I've started which I can be proud to say I survived my work week, and kept with my meal plan without cheating, or even feeling starved. I work in an office and worst of all our office has got to be the most unhealthiest around.
