'Morning, all! Its been one week since I started my latest weight loss endeavor. Let's see how I did, shall we?
Total loss for week 1: 4.5 pounds!
Not too shabby, eh? I feel good, too. I went to the gym 3 times this past week, and followed my plan pretty well.
Things I did well:
* Went to the gym and really broke a sweat
* Started weight training at the gym
* Cut back on my portions
* Cut out unnecessary snacking
