Time to get back on track and stay on track! My name is Jen I'm new here and can't wait to start blogging with you all!
I'm doing WW which I have done for years... Just recently started up again. As of now my weight is at 160lbs my goal weight is 135 so this will be journey to 135lbs. I'm also going to use my blog as a food journal so here goes.

I'm sure it took a lot of work to get there ~ but you've come to the right place to finish the job off! There are a lot of us here who have been off and on the Weight Watcher's plans over the years and trust me when I say this... There is more motivation and understanding here than any where!
