About Me:
* UPDATE* May 2012 - Starting over on my weight loss journey currently in the 180's after giving birth to my first baby in Jan. I'm following weight watchers and plan on weighing in every Friday, NO EXCUSES!!

I am 26 Years old, I just married my best friend 5 months ago after dating for 6 years!! We have 1 furkid, Tyson our Boston Terrier who will be 5 this Feb. My highest weight was 185lbs 3 years ago, I joined WW online and got down to 136lbs! Life got in the way, and in the past few years I've managed to get back up to 174lbs... which is why I joined WW again.

Having a good week despite the weather...

Well for my first offical week starting weight watchers over again, I'm doing pretty well.

I weigh in on Friday, so I hope to see a 2lb loss.  I've been eating on point all week and getting walks in when I can despite the rainy weather we have been having in Nova Scotia.  I even had to turn our heat back on this morning.

 

I have Stroller fit tomorrow morning, looking foward to getting a solid workout in.. I always feel like its my last chance workout like on Biggest…

HELP!!!!

Hello!! I've pretty much reached rock bottom so found myself searching for blog to lose in google :) I use to come on here faithfully in 2009 until i reached my weight loss goal, and then a bit again in 2010.  Its been so long it took me many attempts at my email/password but I finally got it.

I went back to see some of the other girls I use to follow because they really inspired me in the past but so far none are current bloggers anymore :( I'm hoping to find some new friends now…

Wow, so its been a LONG time since I wrote on here... Alot has happened in the past couple years!

Starters... I got married last April and we had a beautiful destination wedding, what we always wanted!!

As some of you may remember I was down to 136lbs 2 years ago after losing 50lbs on weight watchers online.. since then I would flucuate between 150-160 not following any sort of plan and not doing much exercise. I weighed 145lbs on our wedding day, defiantly not where I wanted…

since I have put a post on here... and WHY? because I have fell off the wagon. Completely and I am very embarassed by this. Alot has happened since I have been on here, I believe my last post and weigh in was back in July.

That’s it! I am finished, DONE, ITS OVER, GOODBYE!!

This blog is my reach for help, I need it. I have had a horrible past couple months. Its July now, officially one year since I started my WW journey and started using this blog, and I am still not at goal. What is wrong with me? Why am I not putting 100% effort into this anymore? Don't be so hard on yourself!! You've lost 15lbs in 5-6 months, and that is FANTASTIC!! I've lost/maintained about 18lbs since November, and though I still have about 25lbs to go, I have to remind myself how far I really have come and that making a committment to eating healthier and living a more active lifestyle is a HUGE step in the right direction! Stick with it, you can do it!

I saw your weight stats. We are pretty much the same. I am 5 feet 5 inches and 169. I started at 186 in Oct of 07 and today I am 169 and on my way to 140 but hopefully 130. We will see. I added you as a friend. Hope you don't mind.

If you go to weightwatchers.com you can see the info on how to do the online. You can read the forums and track your points/weight online. You have access to a lot of recipes and articles. You can build recipes and get a points total on it. You should check it out.

Thanks for checking in on me... I need that or I end up doing exactly what I just did. No ones fault but my own. Also its been crazy little guy had er visit and all from a severe rash.... so things have just bogged me down lately. Are you doing something fun for the 4th?

The activity points go by your weight and it's basically the exercise that you do. WW says to work up to a goal of 28 points a week. Start small and set goals for yourself. I walk an hour about three days a week. It gives me 4 activity points, but I weigh about 60 more pounds than you:) Good luck!!! Let me know if I can help you anymore.

I walked on campus at school today, but that is about it. Today was my birthday i'm glad that I didn't blow my points. We went to applebees and i had one of their ww entrees so good. Good job!

Oh sweet girl, there is no WAY I'm running the whole 10K! hahaha, it will be a walk the majority of the time I'm sure. But I'm doing it, and that's all that really matters to me at this point! I think once I have this under my belt, nothing will stand in my way as far as continuing to sign up and actually run other races (marathons? jogs? what do you even call them? haha) But thanks for the comment, I appreciated it! It's always nice to find other people on here close in age ;)

Thanks for the comment on the adorableness that was formerly Mocha but is now Lulu (her dad renamed her, lol...I will be calling her Talulah or Lulubelle). Also thanks for asking about my migraines. I am happy to announce that my migraines are virtually gone *knocks on wood* I might get one every other month but I can handle that. I'm also officially off any daily medicine that I used to take to control them. It feels really good to be able to finally say that! I hope that you might be able to get to that place soon. They are absolutely the WORST things!! So I totally feel for you!! I hope you have a wonderful day and keep up the good work...you are looking just fabulous!!
