Do you like it more when a person puts before and after pictures on their page? I personally like it and find it very inspiring to see people's progression. They are the pages I read and interact more often with. I sort of understand that some people wouldn't be comfortable putting "fat" before pictures up but then again why would you have a public blog if you didn't want to somewhat expose your weight problem.

I wanted to do a quick review of Ali Vincent's book (she was the first female winner of The Biggest Loser tv show). Her mantra to get her through the competition was "Believe it, be it" hence the title of the book. A great american novel this is not, but that wasn't the point of her story. Im posting more often (like once a week) in an effort to keep myself more accountable. Even if it's just a few sentences I think it will be good for me. I've been on Blog to Lose for 2 years and have lost and gained the same 17 pounds. I think this happens for a lot of people with gaining and losing and gaining .
