I've started meal prepping lunch this week! I have grilled chicken, brown rice, and vegetables available. I didn't put them all in ready to go containers due to lack of containers, but it's on my list of things to get! I'm hoping this is an easy way for me to grab a healthy lunch while my toddler runs around the house. haha

I'm still here and still doing morning workouts! Well, actually we went to Ohio last week so I had about a week off of traditional workouts. We went swimming and I danced all night at the wedding...that counts right?!, haha! That was accompanied by the worst types of food though :(

I feel like working out in the morning is becoming routine. I don't really think twice about it or think of it as an option, I just do it. I like that. I also like that for the first time in my life if I miss a workout or it doesn't work with my schedule, I just move on to the next day. I used to feel like a failure for not being "perfect" but somehow my attitude is different. I'm liking it!
I completed a 30 minute dumbbell routine this morning! Feels great!
Food wise, I have been doing well the last couple of days. Over the weekend we had a huge family birthday party, so I overindulged there and it leaked into Sunday, but this week has been a healthy one so far!
Gotta go chase the baby!! He is taking off down the hallway! haha.
