Last week I missed my weigh in. Was out of town and didn't feel like doing it later :) Anyways... This morning my scale showed 179.8 lbs!! How cool is that? I am in 170s!! It is so exciting to see number 7 in front. In two weeks I've lost 3.6 lbs.

Hey Everybody! This week I have lost 2 pounds. I am happy about it! Last week I was telling you how slow I am loosing weight and was angry at myself that wasn't doing my best, but I am starting to understand that a loss is a loss... as you all were trying to tell me. This week I've lost 1.2 lbs. I'm ok with that, BUT I knew I could do better. And you know why? Because last week I've lost 5 lbs and I felt great, I felt confidant and I thought I knew what I was doing.
