Although I officially weigh in on Saturdays, my WW weeks start on Tuesdays.
Here are my goals for this week:
1) Do 5 workouts/7 days
2) Don't eat into my activity points unless necessary
3) Weigh in at less than 160 pounds. I was at 161.4 last Saturday. If it doesn't happen this weekend, I know it will happen next weekend.
4) Continue to take daily vitamins
5) Eat 5 veggies/day
6) Drink 100 oz water
