Oops! I haven't been here in forever! Well I am doing another round of HCG, I hope to lose 30 pounds this round. We'll see how it goes. If you haven't tried HCG YOU MUST TRY IT! I LOVE IT! IT WORKS!

Well the diets over, I cheated a LOT towards the end so my weight loss slowed down incredibly. Went for a 2 hour walk/jog the other day, it felt really good. I'm feeling so happy. My size 12 pants literally started falling off at school THANK GOODNESS I was wearing a long coat!! I feel great, healthy, happy. Excited to start exercising and toning. I have a scale that measures my body fat % and my hydration levels. I went from 41% body fat to 26% body fat. Awesome! No wonder running is coming so… Continue

Oops I almost forgot about my blog here! Well I'm down to 166.6, I would weigh less if I hadn't of cheated on my diet on a weekend vacation! Still, I'm getting happier by the day and life is really looking up! Can't wait to be in the 150's!!

My boys joke that I run that slowly too :( I don't let it bother me and you shouldn't let it bother you. Be proud that you are doing something that is challenging to you.

Hi Mindy. I am checking to see how the walking went today. Yesterday my I walked for hours checking out a local fair. Got some serious sun & sore feet. Who says walking doesn't give a good workout.

I've heard a lot about p90x as well! For me, I think I'd use it after I've lost the majority of my weight. It seems to work really well for developing muscle and toning down.

i know huh? it's awful to think a hamburger would be terrible, but it WAS!! Tasteless, smushy, and the fries were saltless and tasted like'd think if i was going to splurge that it would at least taste good!!!

well, i was running for over a year when i decided to train for one, but i only had been able to run up to five miles, one time...hehe. so going from about three miles to thirteen was a jump. i gave myself about five months i guess. i started mid november and ran the half in late march. i felt like it could have been a shorter training time, but i'm glad i put in all the was totally worth it. i do think that taking your time training helps you prevent whatever you do make sure you stretch stretch stretch!

1/4 C is 30 cal and equals 1, large egg. I typically use 1/2C for breakfast ( it's still 1 pt)
