Oh dear. I'm really out of the loop. My last blog post was in May, and that's probably about the time I went on vacation and stopped counting points. As of now, I'm so far off track I don't even know where to start. I hop on the scale once in a while and am pleased to see I haven't hit that dreaded number...haven't gone up, but haven't gone down either - which is to be expected seeing as how I haven't paid much attention to myself. I have been sick all week - just a cold, but still. It sucks. I'm glad I stocked up on kleenex when they were on sale. The last thing I want to do is get off the couch and out of my jammies just to go to the store for kleenex.

I haven't had much of an appetite this week. I had some OJ and a bowl of Caramel Delight Fiber One (with soymilk - yum!) this morning and will probably have some soup for lunch. I haven't been snacking much this week, except for the occasional Fiber One bar… Continue

I did pretty good yesterday, except for I didn't do what I said I was going to do and write down everything I ate. I didn't eat anything bad, but I don't think I got all my points in, and I know I didn't drink enough water.
