About Me:
Some of you may know me already. Even if you don't yet, I'm sure you'll relate! I joined BTL in Jan of 2009, coming off of my highest weight at the time of 275lbs. I've struggled my whole life with weight, and the support and friends I've found here on BTL are unlike anything in the world!! <3

From Jan '09 - August '09 I fought the good fight with you all! I lost weight , gained weight , went from a running-phobic to completing my first 5k, had great and inspirational highs, and those all too familiar lowes. In August '09, my fiance and I moved across the state. Just when I thought I was back in the groove, we found out we were pregnant!

SO NOW I'm back after having my beautiful daughter and better than ever! Here's to doing it all over again in 2010 (and beyond!) Stop by an say Hi - I'd love to support you on your journey. We're all doing this together!!

I absolutely love WW. I don't go to the mtgs cause I know the plan pretty well and can get away with not going... It's the easiest diet out there to me because essentially you can eat what you want just write down your pts. The writting it down and calculating is the key to WW. There are a couple of online sites that you can put the fiber cals and fat in and it will turn out the WW points for you. And also there are other sites where you can see how many points are certain foods at resturants. I have had the best luck with WW. My stepdad is an OBGYN and when his patients are trying to loose weight after baby he suggests breatfeeding of course, and then WW to them! He thinks its the healthiest way to go and mentally the best to because you are not depriving yourself of anything.

Welcome EmilyRose !! I know you'll find great support here. We're all on this journey together. I also have problem packing ahead but I at least do a mental packing list before I go to bed. It helps.
