in the midst of a blizzard and I think my body definitely responded: This morning: broccoli and cheese 1 egg and 2 white omelet. This morning:

broccoli and cheese 1 egg and 2 white omelet. Normally I would go w/out cheese but wanted cheese this morning.

snack:

a few granola pieces

green smoothie: lots of it..like 3 1/2 cups

lunch:

because sometimes we fall out of our weekday routine and eat sporadically (sometimes recklessly) on the weekends. Mondays are a fresh start. A precedent for the week ahead. I want to make this good.

so the unthinkable happened today and I'm not sure how. I've been good for so long but I guess I just gave in to cravings, being tired, and just feeling hungry from this ugly bout of runny tummy. I was starving when I woke up and ate an orange. delicious. then toast.
