I've been in the 180s since the middle of October. I started this journey back at the end of July weighing 211 lbs. From the middle of Oct to now our family has had four birthday celebrations, Hallowe'en and Thanksgiving. I was quite happy to see my weight somewhat maintain and not skyrocket since i know i haven't been putting in the same effort as i was in the beginning. Just like The Biggest Loser. I had a great week last week (-3.1) so this week is a gain. I'm so frustrated with the scale. At least taking my measurements every 3 weeks is satisfying my efforts. Weight loss seems to be slowing down so i'm considering going back to the beginning and doing Jillian's 30 Day Shred. I'm on week 4 of the Couch to 5K and i'm just not seeing results.
