About Me:
I am 25years old and an Au Pair (nanny) in America, I am from Germany and came here dec.08.... In september it is time for me to go back home..I am a very open-minded person and I love to meet new people..I love to recently ( last week... Lol) restarted WW, it's my third time around... It's a shame, but hey, you gotta do what you gotta do.. Sooo here I'm doing it again, but this time on my own, I want to lose about 50pounds, which would take me to a weight of 170lbs, which I think would be perfect for me....So lets see how that will go....

ok, I had a great weekend in Philadelphia, with a lot of walking around the city and a lot of sightseeing, BUT....

Saturday I ate

breakfast: none

lunch: subway salad with ham

dinner: (here is comes) a Philly Cheesesteak

and chocolate as a snack....

sunday we went to the mall in Philly, so I had

a grilled chicken bbq burger with french fries and a piece of cornbread ( barley ate fries tho)...

messed up my points with veggies....

I can't believe that I just really messed my points allowance up with veggies, to be exact with avocados. We had a lot of those at home and we really had to use the, before they got I made guacamole out of them, I it delicious, the problem is, that 2oz of guacamole have 2points...So I ate and ate and that I all of it, but a good amount...To be honest, I know how much fat avocados have, but I don't really feel bad, because it's still "better" fat than a greasy burger...I… Continue

This is my third week of eating healthy, getting all my veggies and fruits in.. I really didn't eat a lot of candy or anything else, that wouldn't be that great.. But now I am starting to see myself getting annoyed very easy and honestly I am being really pissy towards my boyfriend, who doesn't know what's wrong with me...As stupid as it sounds, I think I am in grease withdrawal (lol), everything gets better for me with bacon and cheese and I haven't had that in almost 3 weeks, I know it's not… Continue

So monday is my weigh-in day, and this morning the scale said -2.4, which makes it 8.6lbs in 2 weeks, I take I ordered the "jillian Michaels 30day shred" DVD and today it was in the mail, I can't wait to get started and she what Jillian holds for me...I told myself, if I really do this excersice everyday for 30 days, I will buy some more work-out DVDs, so let's see how I will do. Hi Denise, welcome! Thanks for your comment. As for what I did for exersice... The first 50 pounds I lost I didn't exercise at all, I just did ww. Then I started 30 day shred and did that 3-4 times a week for about 3 months. Then I started running with the couch to 5k program (which is 3x a week of running) and continued doing 30 day shred (maybe 2-3 times a week?). After I completed a 5k I started training for a 10k and was running 3-4 days a week. Around that time I also started doing No More Trouble Zones by Jillian as well instead of 30 day shred and have pretty consistently done that 2x a week for about a year now, as well as completed 2 half marathons. I biked a lot last summer. and now I pretty much do all of the above and just do something different every day since I'm not training for anything right now. I hope that helps!! I'm excited to read about your journey.
