WI after two weeks

I did not WI last week. I had a sick child and a baby shower to go to. It just didn't fit in (or I didn't make it fit in). Tonight I weighed in. I lost 5.4 lbs. That makes my total loss at 8.8. I should be thrilled but I am ... just "ok". I guess it is from just the fact that I feel hungry a lot and I expect to lose because I am trying.If I take into consideration that I have not been really "good" these last two weeks. My first grocery shopping and the points I have left today

Today I went shopping for the first time since joining WW last Monday (WI tomorrow?!) Last week, I just bought some WW frozen meals (which I really like because the points are right there for you). This week, I was armed with my point slider thingie going up and down the aisles. I was looking at every label. My cart was stuffed! This includes all the stuff for my boys as well. Five years ago I decided I did not want to be Fat & Forty. I was 34 and had plenty of time. I started a high protein, low carb diet. I lost 20 pounds that fall. My husband had started working out and eating leaner. For Christmas he wanted a membership to a gym. So, beginning the new year (2004), we both started going to the gym.
