I'm home now for 3 weeks! It's going to be a rough three weeks but when I came home for Thanksgiving I lost weight so I'm not complaining. I'm going to force myself to get at least a 30 minute workout in every day, especially since I'm not doing anything else. I'm also not going to weight myself until I get back to school. I need to buy and cook my own vegetables though, because everybody cooks everything as if it's soul food which is amazingly delicious but has a lot of butter/oil and salt.…Continue

Sorry I haven't been on in so long. School is crazy! I'm taking senior level classes as a junior and they're kicking my ass but I'd rather take them now so my senior year is smooth sailing. Life has gotten a little hectic within the last 2 weeks with moving out, the job, preparing for orientation training, etc. I will blog more when I get back into a routine. I lost 1.5 more lbs but I think I put on a little muscle with the weight training I've been doing for a weight loss of .5 lbs since the last time I weighed in with you guys. I'm not mad because I know the last time I built muscle, after increasing a little my weight dropped 2 weeks later.
