Today was my first full-length session with my personal trainer. What an experience - filled with sell-talk, motivation, exhastion, and accomplishment.
The first 5 min were good - next came the first set in the circuit - two words... SQUATS SUCK! man those where hard - but I did it! then a little weights these were tough - i had to do some serious self talk to get through it.
At the end, I felt melted, wrung-out, and ready to die! but i survived :) I showered, got dressed…

I bit the bullet, and decided to hire a personal trainer - today was the first introductory session where they measure and weigh you.... yeah, that was fun - NOT. Quietly breathing..... they are just numbers... and they can only go down...whew ok... back to the plan.
During the assesment, I did 5 pushups - it was hard, but I did it. I am super excited and super freaked out all at the same time. I think I am excited as i have finally taken some steps to up my game - but intense…

To Self: Ok, so you had the 10pt burrito for breakfast....well ok, for 2nd breakfast - you were hungry, worn down, and had no energy. Blog it, write it, and move on.
From Self: You're right, after having a high protein 10pt breakfast I feel way better. Add that to this morning's nibble - that's only 13pps for the day... I am officially moving on
To Self: That's right! Today's Mantra: Keep moving forward, if you fall - get up and keep moving forward.

Welcome to BlogToLose! You'll find a lot of great support, encouragement and motivation here.
Feel free to browse around the site. You may want to start with setting up your personal page. If you go to 'My Page' at the top it is a very user-friendly process on setting up your page, privacy settings, etc. You can also read and post under 'Blogs' which is found under the 'Members' tab at the top. There are also different discussion forums and groups you can join if you are interested. Do as much or as little as you are comfortable with.
