My last post was exactly two months ago. Wow.
The amount that I post is fairly reflective of how well I am doing taking care of my diet. Exercise, as always, is still good. Well, the running part. I have lots of goals set up for 2014. I need to work on strength and flexibility. I think it's been 7 months since I did any strength training. But walking and running has gone well- I peaked at 85 miles for the month of October, and typically I get 60 miles. I am hoping to hit 100 miles…Continue
I tried several times to take a picture of my Vitamix creation, but it was truly ugly. No one wants to look at a pile of mud. But it was tasty! Too tasty- I drank all 30ish ounces of it! I need to sit and look at the calories and own it. I usually make a 32 oz container, and drink it over two days.

I went dark on BTL for awhile- I didn't mean to, and I was checking in at least once a week to help greet new members. But I didn't have anything to say that was new. No picture today because I had downed most of it before I remembered.
My new routine I'm working on is to walk 3 miles home for lunch, create a Vitamix drink, and carry the drink and a simple healthy (ish) sandwich with me to work, where I return by bus. When my boyfriend gets his new car, I'll drive back to work. For now, I'm taking the bus, which takes 11-15 minutes. This means I'm gone from work for about 90 minutes, and I make up for it by staying a half-hour…Continue
