I never know what to do with pork tenderloin, but I think I've finally figured it out!!
2lbs pork tenderloin (fat and "silverskin" removed)
salt and pepper to taste
2tbsp grainy or dijon mustard
1ish tbsp thyme
1ish tbsp savory
1-2 tbsp worsteshire sauce
Line a roasting pan with tin foil and spray with pam.
