Well I am 24 years manager who works for my to scrapbook, watch movies, hang out with friends, cook when I have time, spend time with my family, and most of all be with my man.

I started blogging because of Roni and can't wait to check out this site...I'm new so I might need some help.

Hey all!!!

I know, yell at me...its been FOREVER. I apologize again.

There really are no excuses. I was so busy with life that once it slowed down, I needed "me" time. During this time I actually had awful tooth pain. I ended up at a dentist that I had never been to (went during work one day) Turned out that I needed a root canal..costing me $1400..with insurance. ever have too much going on?

I have so much going on...everybody keeps telling me that things will slow down..but I have heard that since Christmas..and it's almost Christmas again...EEK...seriously time goes by too fast!!!

Things are going well on my end...I am so excited for the cubs in the playoffs even though there was a bit of an upset last night. I was very bummed out about the game. Funeral and a wedding in one day...

Hey Everybody...

Wow what a weekend is all I have to say. Friday we had rehersal dinner, then helped set up tables for the wedding, and then out for a friend's birthday since we had the wedding saturday. We had some unfortunate news where we had to end up going to a funeral on Saturday. My bf's mom's bf's brother died. Today is Thursday...I feel like it should be Tuesday or something..I mean I'll take that it's Thursday since the weekend is that much closer but I feel like I didn't get much done this week..just been too busy for my own good (as usual)

Food journaling has been excellent..makes me able to reflect on meals, snacks, and when I need to not just do mindless snacking. Makes me accountable for everything to help me along this journey. I have been eating when I'm hungry and that seems to be… Continue

Im joining here in a week, when I get back from my 2 year wedding anniversary vacation. Ive been considering it since Jan but just never thought i needed it. Ive been going at it alone for awhile now and i juste keep slacking off and I think this will keep me on track. Yea I work out, I need to kick it up a notch, but i do get in a little activity.

yea working out alone has its ups and downs. when your alone it seems too boring and more of a job but when your with someone, its more fun and it doesnt seem like work. But when I work out alone, I like the fact I can consintrait on what I am doing and not be rushed. I live on an AF Base and I can go to the gym here for free, so it would be silly of me to join something like curves, but I am thinking about joining a class.

I checked a few beer distributors last night and no one had it. Some of the distributors said they never heard of it. I live in Pennsylvania. Where are you from, your state must be more alcohol advanced, were a little slow (H A HA)

thanx for the blog comment, and yes i did have tons of fun!!! The spa was just amazing and worht every penny!!! and yea GO DAVID COOK!!! I was soooooo happy he won. They buttered Archie alll night on Tues, I thought for sure they was going to hand it to him, but then i thought to myself, they may have been buttering him up sooo much to there would be a 'shocker' elimination... I dunno, i thought this season was rigged a bit, but overall im happy cook won over archie, but I personally was a Jason fan!!

Thanks for the comment..i know, it is such a struggle! Ive already had waffle fries and chicken strips from chick fil A today. so now it is a matter of making my last meal of the day a very healthy one and hopefully getting a walk in. Yes, i need to do the water thing also! How about we post a progress picture every FIVE pounds? I was originally thinking every 10 or every mini weight goal but I think i can keep myself motivated by the pictures in small increments---thoughts?

Hi there! When I do my C25K runs, I use the treadmill at the gym ... so I use the timer on it to tell me when to run and when to walk. I set it for 25 minutes, do a 5-minute warm-up and then start the running. This week (Week 3), it's 1 1/2 minutes of running, then 1 1/2 of walking, then 3 minutes each of Running and walking. Then you repeat the cycle.
