About Me: things have changed since I started this blog. I'm reaching my one year with Weight Watchers, I just graduated from college and I have no clue what i'm doing...

The only thing I do know is that I'm changing my life, getting fit and healthy.

It's been a rough road, and i'm glad it has because it's given me unique least I think so.

Since my best friend/WW partner has moved up north, my other WW partner moved back home after accountability and motivation has definitely taken a toll. So I realized how much I need this support system to keep going.

I'm going to give it my all...I refuse to settle...i'm so worth it.

Goals, Commitments and Timeline

I really like the idea of putting my goals, commitments and a time line on my blog. I mean if having everyone see what you want to do and accomplish isn't accountability I don't know what is. hehe

Commitment Goals
-Drinking 6 8oz. servings a day
-Going to the gym
-Being conscious of my snacking
-When I'm or do something more productive than eat
-Eat when I am hungry
-Go to meetings once a week, track points every day, blog as much as I can

Personal Goals
-Be able to run 3 miles in under 30 minutes--Success!
-Get back into field hockey more vigorously (club leagues, etc)
-Not force myself to go to the gym but want to go!-- half success...there are days...
-Learn how to cook even better and more healthy --Success!!
-Be able to not walk during my first 5k (July 11th)

Weight Loss Time line
-10lbs lighter by June 27th (Sister's Graduation)

for every 5lbs -- $10 into savings
50lbs -- mani/pedi

but today I went to weigh in...and I gained 1.4lbs...last week I gained 2.4 lbs...last week I can own up to the gain, I had a lot of fun for three weeks celebrating graduation. This week I was back on point, gaining the APs, eating filling foods, watching my hunger cues...

Hope everyone is well today. I figured i'd do a quick post before work.

Yesterday was a great day, woke up at 5 for the gym, did some cardio. Got 4 APs out of it so that's always a plus.

During the day I was great, made my meals, made my snack, even made those strawberry shortcake bites for work to celebrate June! Happy June by the way!!!

It has really been forever and a day! I'm not mad at myself for losing track with this, I mean life got hectic. Am I so excited to be back...absolutely!!!

I took a three week hiatus from WW, I didn't go to a meeting. I had finals week, senior week, graduation, home for memorial day weekend...I was conscious but not diligent with eating. It showed...I went back last week and was up 2.4lbs...but hey I'm not upset, i'm ready to move forward.

Hi everyone!

I hope everyone had a fabulous holiday and New Year. Weight loss wise I can't say it was stellar. Life wise though it wasn't too bad!

Anyways..i'm freaking out here. I really started to work out hardcore coming back from the holidays. I hadn't gone to two weigh ins so I figured suck it up and start working out like you mean it. Hey girl, our stories sound very similar! I played basketball and volleyball all through high school. At the moment I weight the same as when I started university 6 years ago - however I am not a muscular - can't fit into some of the old jeans I used to wear. My plan is still to lose 20 for my ww goal, but another 10 on top of that for my personal goal. Keep up the great work - your pictures look great!
