I have not blogged in a while but just kind of wanted to check in and update my progress. I had pretty much given up for several weeks but then I realized I don't feel good, so I am off and running.
After my sister's wedding I gave up, did not work out and ate whatever I wanted. I ended up weighting in at 173.5 lbs. I am not sure if it was the scale or the way I felt but I jumped back up and started again. I have been working out 6 days per week and eating better and I feel…

Today is weight in day, again I stayed the same 169. I am kind of numb to that, I haven't done anything to change it so I did not expect anyting different. I just so feel that need to be reinspired.

I am still struggling to get back on track after the wedding festivites of last weekend. I came home from a jam packed wedding weekend to a house with no groceries. Here it is Thursday and I have not been to the grocery store, so you can just imagine how my week has been so far. Even with this I am not ready to throw in the towel; I will regroup this weekend by menu planning and grocery shopping.

It is Monday time to face see my progress or lack there of from the view point of the scale.
So today I weighed in at 169.5, not to bad considering it was a wedding weekend, I ate out for every meal. I am not making progress because I have not really been trying like I should.
