Let me warn you... what you are about to see is not for the faint of heart. It's scary despite the 16 pounds of progress. That's right folks I am down 16 pounds in total and 4 pant sizes! Here is a bit of proof. You can cick them to make them bigger for the "full effect". My first goal reached!!!!!

My 1st weight goal was to get from 252 to 240. Yesterday I did it!!! For reaching that first goal I was going to reward myself. I just wasn't sure how.

Still not enough weight has been lost for new clothes, and yummy junk food was not an option. So today while I was out with my family and my mom, she suggested a tattoo! Skinny jeans!!!!

Ok well they're not really skinny jeans, but they are my skinniest pair of jeans that I haven't been able to fit into in a long time. Since starting I have lost 11 pounds and it was enough to get this pair of jeans on my chunky butt. Yay me! Now if I keep loosing weight I won't have any clothes that will fit me. Guess that means I'll be rewarding myself with little shopping trips.

Weigh in day... I am scared to death to get on the scale

I am sitting here knowing I can't eat until I get on the scale and weigh-in. But I am almost afraid to do it. At this rate I might never get breakfast. it's been 3 weeks since starting this TV show and less than 2 weeks since the diet and excercise began. I have been working really hard but I don't feel any lighter. If I get on the scale and I've lost nothing or I've somehow gained it will break my spirit and motivation. I actually havn't gotten my schedule worked out so that I am getting up early enough to make the omlette. I did however have an omlette for supper tonight, and it was awesome!! I bought pre-chopped veggies (I know, totally lazy) and sauted them in a bit of olive oil, added tobasco and curry powder and then when they were soft, added the eggs...were kind of like scrambled eggs with veggies, and then a dash of light shredded cheese on top. Served with my Mum's homemade bread toasted. It was AMAZING!! Now I want to get some egg beaters/egg whites in the carton so I can have it in the mornings. It was SO good!!

Coleen....that is SO cool.....but I understand how hard it must have been also....well, actually I DON'T know, but I can imagine! And thank you....the important thing is....I FEEL wonderful, and at my age, feeling good is WAY more important than looking good! And have gorgeous eyes and great cheekbones....which both show up more and more as you lose!
