Okay - so the points are pretty hearty for a breakfast - but it's filling and it tastes delightful!

At the very least, weight loss blogging gives me something to do with my hands OTHER than shove food in my mouth. I've been off the grid for a bit since I decided that putting all my lost weight back on (thats 25 entire pounds....) would be a great idea...

When did this happen? I jumped on the scale and I've gained most of what I had successfully lost. I'm leaving for vacation on Wednesday, and just thought I would hop on the scale and see where I am - since i have been working (not successfully though) on intuitive eating.
Well shit, I'm back up to 225.0. SOB.
