First Blog-Week 4 on Weight Watchers

     I've spent some time reading other blogs on this site and it amazes me how many of us are saying/feeling the same things.  I've been yo yo-ing with my weight for about 18 years.  My youngest son is 21 today so I can't even blame having kids for my weight gain.      We moved from Southern California to Arizona in 2004.  At that point I weighed 165 or so, already 25 pounds more than I should.  Then add in homesickness and depression and I was a goner.  At the end of March, 2012 I weighed in…See More

Profile Information

About Me:
I'm 49 and after years of on again off again dieting, i've actually come to the point where I truly want to change my lifestyle. I want to eat what I want but just learn how to do that in a more healthful way. I started on Medifast at the end of March for 5 weeks and lost 13 lbs. to give me a weight loss jump start. I personally never really felt very good on that program. I joined WW on May 18 and am certain i'll be learning more and more about how to do this for life. I'm starting to exercise and am feeling great.

Welcome to BlogToLose! You'll find a lot of great support, encouragement and motivation here.

Feel free to browse around the site. You may want to start with setting up your personal page. If you go to 'My Page' at the top it is a very user-friendly process on setting up your page, privacy settings, etc. You can also read and post under 'Blogs' which is found under the 'Members' tab at the top. There are also different discussion forums and groups you can join if you are interested. Do as much or as little as you are comfortable with.

There is a lot to take advantage of so don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions!
