Yesterday I did really good. I ate really good and I went on my 2 mile walk. I felt great. Today the weather was really cold and snowy, so I couldn't walk. I totally need to get that gym membership in order! Also on my list is a good scale. I have a crappy one but it is like 30 lbs off! Then I will start weighing myself weekly and posting my progress:) Here's to a great weekend. Cheers.
So I officially kicked off the my New Year resolution today. It started out okay with a grilled chicken salad for lunch, but (gulp) I had a marshmallow milkshake with it:( I sat around for a while regretting it, when I decided to get out and walk. There is a highschool football field with a nice track right next door to my house, so I walked 6 laps around it. Which equals 1 and a half miles. I am now in full losing weight mode. My New Years resolution is to lose 100 lbs this year. It's a big goal but over a year it is definitely possible. I am getting a gym membership and am going to find a great supplement to help with the weight loss. I am also working on watching what I am eating as well. So I'm really not trying hard to lose weight until after the new year, but I still enjoy posting on here. I just hate the scale I have. I used a really good one at my fiance's mothers house, but mine isn't that great. So I weighed myself today and I weigh 275 on my scale. I don't really believe it, but it would be nice:) Today I had subway, a taco from taco bell, and some leftover turkey and potato salad. Then a little snack of peanut butter oreos.
