I have a lot of things that need to be de-cluttered ranging from my office desk to the kitchen sinks (which is hubby’s fault!) I have learned for me there is some physical clutter that is merely a representation of my emotional clutter. For instance, I am still grappling over how my nutritional choices have left me with three stages of clothes in my closet. I have been asked what my holiday plans are for keeping on track. Two things – keep drinking at least 90oz of water and eat 1,200 calories. I could say that the 1,200 calories will not be processed but that is not possible. We are going on vacation and I am not going to go crazy trying to find places that are 100% organic. So my goal is for food to be less process instead of not process.

My last post was about my Thanksgiving experience with my unnamed relative. Who is this unnamed relative? She probably represents someone in everyone’s life. She is not someone who affects me because I KNOW her pain. She is not harmful but broken.
My relative is someone who has been battling a weight problem all of her life. It is not just weight; it is a representation of something else.
