Emotional Clutter

Posted on December 20, 2012 at 2:41pm 1 Comment

I have a lot of things that need to be de-cluttered ranging from my office desk to the kitchen sinks (which is hubby’s fault!) I have learned for me there is some physical clutter that is merely a representation of my emotional clutter. For instance, I am still grappling over how my nutritional choices have left me with three stages of clothes in my closet. She started weight watchers, two weeks later she stopped. Why?…

I have learned 2 or 3 things about this journey so far.

#1 - There will be some people who cannot take this journey with you. They will not support you. They will undermine your efforts. They will bring negative energy. (Journey meaning whatever improvement plan you have going on in your life right now. For me, it is weight loss.)

#2 - There will be some… Continue
