I have a lot of things that need to be de-cluttered ranging from my office desk to the kitchen sinks (which is hubby’s fault!) I have been asked what my holiday plans are for keeping on track. Two things – keep drinking at least 90oz of water and eat 1,200 calories. I could say that the 1,200 calories will not be processed but that is not possible. We are going on vacation and I am not going to go crazy trying to find places that are 100% organic. So my goal is for food to be less process instead of not process.
