being honest with myself

This past week ive been working a lot on drinking water and tracking what im eating. Saw a 2 pound drop. Ill take it, but ive also been focusing on tracking what ive been eating and being totally honest with myself. Ive had some.good days, and a couple not so good days but im seeing.now where im falling shirt and I will improve on that.I got some new tennis shoes as early birthday gift that actually dont hurt my ankle to run in. Getting back on track!

Good day so far! Breakfast was a small bowl of oatmeal and a container of activia greek (yum) lunch was a cup of fat free cottage cheese and two cups of frozen fruit thawed out, a banana and a clementine. Good for me! Heres where it turned a bit...when I got home from school I was trying to restrain myself, but I caved. I had two pieces of bread (35 cals each) with some laughing cow cheese which is only 105 calories but I was still sooooo hungry!!!! So I had normal sized oatmeal too. I still…See More

"Good thinking to start drinking some calories I did the same thing except I was way under goal because I was exersizing way way way too much and had a net intake of 300 calories and now that I went back to eating 1200-1500 calories a day, I gained!…"

improvement needed

I didnt do so great. I did well in the morning but I caved and had some frozen kefir. And for dinner we had McDonald's and I should have ordered a salad but I was lazy and didnt. We walked today a lot at my sister's college visit but even so, I was still over 577 calories today. Gah!!! I did opt for water and tea today instead of water so yay me!! :) but my tea was canned arizona so it was not good for me. 210 calories wasted on tea... not good. A rookie mistake. Oh well. Im getting back on my…See More

Chicago today was wonderful!

This morning I had a banana muffin (with real banana slices) and a small chai tea latte, kus kus salad for lunch with 2 veggie skewers a peice of pizza from last night (bad I know but it was the best pizza id ever had!) And three chocolate chip pancakes for dinner. I had diet soda at lunch but I opted for water at dinner.
