I'm still doing good for the most part. yesterday wasn't the greatest day but trying to let it go and make today better.
It's that time of month so I'm feeling really bla and starting to get down on myself that I'm not losing fast, I need results to stay motivated but yet i know I can change alot to do that. Also just feeling depressed that I let all this weight come back on so fast, I worked so hard to get to where I was and here i am once again losing that same old 40 lbs grrrr.
